Concentrate on Caring and let AtHome connect you with clients.
AtHome Care Group connects self-employed carers, live-in carers, companions and PAs with private clients across the UK.
We do not charge carers any fees for introductions.
Our role is to do the legwork of finding suitable placements, speaking with clients and condensing the important information so you can quickly decide whether an opportunity is right for you.
Why Register with AtHome?
Not all clients want to arrange care completely independently with a self-employed carer.
Some prefer the additional reassurance, support and back-up that AtHome can provide, while still retaining direct choice and control over who provides their care and how their care arrangements work. Our role is to support the client with the wider practical side of the arrangement, such as helping with introductions, information, documentation and ongoing administrative support, without overseeing, controlling or directing the care itself.
We find your clients for you - Finding private clients is very time-consuming and expensive for carers. We set aside a large budget for advertising and marketing monthly so we can showcase self-employed carers to clients considering all types of care.
AtHome invests in marketing, advertising, care directories and lead generation to bring client enquiries to our platform.
We then:
Speak with the client
Understand an outline of their care requirements
Gather the basic placement details
Match the enquiry with potentially suitable carers
Send you the important information in a clear, condensed format
Connect you directly with the potential client
This means less time chasing vague enquiries and more time focusing on the work you actually want.
You Keep 100% of Your Agreed Rate
AtHome is an introductory agency, not your employer.
The client often has a budget in mind, and you can agree your rate directly with the client, invoice them directly, and are paid directly by them.
AtHome does not deduct commission from your agreed carer rate.
Only Consider Work That Suits You
We match opportunities according to things such as:
Location
Availability
Live-in, hourly or overnight work
Experience
Care needs
Driving requirements
Pets
Length of placement
You are under no obligation to accept any role.
You choose who you work with, where you work and when.
Clear Information Before You Decide
Before introducing a placement, we speak with the client and gather information about their needs and circumstances.
Where relevant, this may include:
Care requirements
Diagnosis or health conditions
Mobility
Personal care
Night-time needs
Working hours or placement dates
Household arrangements
Pets
Driving requirements
We then condense that information so you can assess the opportunity quickly without spending hours making initial screening calls yourself.
