The care market is difficult to navigate, so AtHome keeps it simple:

We offer a transparent costing structure:

A total care cost is provided for the carer you choose, which includes:

• A low fee for AtHome Care services

• Carers fee

There are NO other fees or charges to either the client or the carer.

How AtHome care works:

• You select a vetted carer you like from our portal

• AtHome will confirm the availablity and total rate for care with that carer.

• The client and carer speak and confirm they are both happy with the booking

• AtHome, create the care agreement for both parties to mutually agree on the care arrangement

• Client pays AtHome Care the Placement booking fee. This is a small % of the total agreed rate for the booking. It is not an additional cost.

• By paying the placement booking fee, the client and carer can both be confident that the booking is in place.

• The carer delivers the care as agreed and invoices the client directly for the balance of the agreed rate

Self-employed carers and companions on the AtHome portal will be engaged by and work directly for the client. The client remains in total control of the care, and the self-employed carer remains in control of the care delivery.
