9 Quick Tips for a Great Profile Photo

  1. Take a profile photo at the same time you are record your introduction VIDEO. This means that the video matches your profile picture for a more professional look.

  2. Use a PLAIN Background, preferably a light, pattern-free background.

  3. Include your shoulders.

  4. Check you are well-lit and not in shadow.

  5. Position the camera directly in front of your face, or slightly above

  6. Check the image is clear and crisp.
